Return& Refund policy
Based on the Return/ Exchange policy updated on our website. Return/exchange requests will be accommodated. In the case of a non-serviceable PIN code, the product can be self-shipped. Pickup and refund timelines will differ basis the courier and payment mode.
Return
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Replacement
After inspecting the returned item /damaged items, we shall provide you with the replacement within 7-10 business days
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded and credited on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
