SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
We know - no one likes to pay for shipping (us included!). You expect your products to reach you safe and sound, timely, and free of shipping charges. Well, your wish is granted, which is why we offer free shipping across India on a minimum bill value of Rs. 2999. So shop your heart out and leave the shipping hassles to Us!
SHIPPING POLICY
- BRILLCO will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days of placing the order and it usually takes another 2-10 working days for domestic orders (India) to reach your doorsteps (subject to transit conditions).
- International order takes up to 10 - 15 working days to be delivered.
- Although we strive hard to deliver the orders in the given turnaround time (2-4 working days for the ready fabrics) and (7-10 working days for customized fabric orders), however, there could be rare instances wherein the order could get delayed due to circumstances beyond our control.
- For products that require separate shipping charges shall be indicated in the product detail page and while the order is being placed.
- We can process only one shipping address per order, hence if you would like to ship products to multiple addresses then you are required to place separate orders.
- Extra charges shall be applicable on all international orders.
- All the taxes and duties for international orders will be borne by the customers.
- Amount mentioned on the payment page will be the final amount.
Orders are delivered within 10 to 15 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to courier company/post office norms.
